UH20093 Japanese Tamba ware katatsuki chaire by the acclaimed tea ceramist Ichino Shinsui (1932- 1997), the square shouldered ovoid covered with a green ash accents pooled above the matte brown glaze, an impressed seal reading Shinsui yaki above the base, ivory lid, brocade Shifuku and signed wooden tomobako.
