CY93422 Anamese enameled tortoise shaped water pot with tiny head, tail and feet at the shoulder decorated in green enamel and traces of red on the top of geometric design, circular aperture on the back, covered in a clear glaze stopping short of the flat base with the Hoi An Hoard label artifact #2995 recovered from the 1999 salvage of a wreck off the Vietnamese coast. Minor glaze degradation otherwise excellent condition. 1-3/8 inches high x 2 inches in diameter. Circa 1500.
